(ZY Timber) Category：Office Building Project Brief： Located in shijiazhuang, hebei province, Hebei Building Science and Technology Research Institute Center is a cooperative project among the Canadian Forestry Association, the Forestry Department of British Columbia and the Housing and Construction Department of Hebei Province. It is also a demonstration project to promote the modern timber structure building system. The total construction area of the project is 5500 square meters, of which 3600 square meters are timber structure. It consists of: a 1+3-style residential building with a concrete structure on the first floor and a light wood structure on the second to fourth floors with an area of 2200m2; a 1+1-style auditorium with a concrete structure on the first floor and a heavy wooden structure on the second floor with 14m height and an area of 650m2; a 1+1-style hall building with a concrete structure on the first floor and a heavy wooden structure on the second floor with 14m height and an area of 750m2 |
